Welcome to CreatiX ("Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). By registering, accessing, or utilizing our music release management, distribution prep, and analytics tools, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
1. Artist Account & Authorization
You must provide accurate stage credentials, legal contact details, and bank account information. You represent and warrant that you own or have secured all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions for all sound recordings, artwork, and metadata submitted to CreatiX.
2. Royalty Shares & Earnings
CreatiX processes monthly earnings reports received from Digital Streaming Platforms (DSPs). Artists retain up to 80% of net royalties collected. Disbursements are calculated monthly and remitted into your registered bank account upon withdrawal request.
3. Content Standards & Copyright Compliance
Submitting fraudulent releases, unauthorized samples, or infringing materials is strictly prohibited. CreatiX reserves the right to suspend accounts, withhold unverified earnings, and issue takedowns for copyright violations.
4. Termination & Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
