Artists retain full copyright ownership of sound recordings and original musical compositions uploaded to CreatiX. CreatiX operates solely as an administrative distribution and reporting platform.

2. Third-Party Claims & Protection

If a rights holder submits a verified copyright claim regarding content submitted through your account, CreatiX will review the claim, issue a catalog takedown where necessary, and hold associated earnings until rights resolution.
